The Rubber Rose opened in July of 2006 with the goal of broadening discussions of, and understanding of a larger and more encompassing take on sexuality. Bent on radicalizing the adult industry, the boutique is strict in its commitment to "safe sex". We proudly boast a completely non-toxic selection of toys and sexcecories! By pushing boundaries in all cultural areas, we keep San Diego on its toes, whether its the award winning art shows, (the store includes a gallery just off to the side of the retail space), workshops on positive sexuality and sexual health, or our lectures at varying universities, we are always focused on the goal of creating a more diverse awareness about the most intimate topics. We offer an excellent selection of high quaility sex toys, erotic books, zines and a beautiful collection of body essentials!
ONLINE STORE/RETURN POLICY:::
We strive to educate each customer on our products so that each choice matches your needs, as defined by your own personal preference, however, some toys may have manufacturer’s defects. In this case we will exchange the item for the same item within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the sales receipt and original product in clean and sanitary condition. Unclean products of any kind will not be exchanged or credited. Sale items are not returnable, also, if a toy is not working, we may be able to troubleshoot the issue and fix it via phone or email. If the toy simply ‘doesn’t work for you’, well, that may be out of our hands.
:::Items purchased cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the sales receipt.
::::Returnable items that are purchased online may be returned for store credit of the cost of the item only within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in unopened packaging and in original pristine condition. Shipping charges to and from the recipient are non-refundable.
:::Returnable items that are defective can be returned for an exchange of the same item only. Please contact us at customerservice@therubberrose.com for further information.
:::DVD’s are not returnable unless they have not been opened, or are defective. Defective DVD’s will be exchanged for the same title only.
